Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Fitness/Conditioning:

The Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program is a non-contact, Martial Arts conditioning program that is geared toward fighter fightness. This program is great for students who wish to compete and is one of the best overall workouts for ANYONE who simply wishes to get or stay in great physcial condition. The MMA program is based around five, five minute rounds and generally goes for 30 to 45 minutes. Students perform a multitude of various exercises for maximum cardio-vascular fitness as well as core body strength. Exercises change daily so there is no "plateau-ing" or boredom with routines.
